A gentle first treatment, paced to you - many people rest, some sleep.
You leave with a plain-language plan and honest expectations for visit count.

Common questions
- Does acupuncture hurt?
- Most people feel far less than they expect - the needles are hair-thin, and Lena paces every treatment to you. Tell her anything feels off and she adjusts.
- How many visits will I need?
- It depends on what we are working with. You will get an honest estimate at your first visit, revisited as we go - never an open-ended plan.
